Your Role: Business Development Manager, DAX Outdoor
Working closely with the Head of Outdoor Business Development and the wider team, you will help Global empower agencies and clients through smarter, programmatic led Outdoor thinking. You will bring energy and rigour to the sales process, from insight generation and idea development to impactful pitching and demonstrating effectiveness across the Global Outdoor network. You will also act as a visible ambassador for DAX Outdoor, identifying commercial opportunities and building confidence in programmatic Outdoor.

Key Responsibilities:
Review and strengthen how Global sells Digital Outdoor
- Support a review of current Digital Outdoor sales approaches, with a focus on DAX and programmatic.
- Analyse how we present to clients, agency planners, Outdoor specialists and DSPs, identifying strengths, gaps and opportunities.
- Help improve the quality of Outdoor storytelling and sharpen the commercial narrative.
Support a best in class pitch approach for DAX Outdoor
- Help implement a consistent, scalable pitch process for selling programmatic Outdoor.
- Support training and sales enablement tools that clearly articulate DAX Outdoor benefits.
- Work collaboratively across sales, strategy, planning and operations to drive programmatic revenue growth.
Champion insight led ideas across Global Outdoor
- Develop ideas rooted in strong audience, brand and media insight that showcase DAX Outdoor differentiation.
- Align solutions closely to client and agency needs, with clear links to campaign outcomes.
- Support the creation of compelling case studies that win business and build belief in programmatic OOH.

What Success Looks Like
In your first few months, you’ll have:
- Established relationships with key external stakeholders across agencies, Outdoor specialists and DSPs, identifying where DAX Outdoor adds value and uncovering opportunities and champions in the market.
- Clarified the data, tools and insight available to support programmatic Outdoor pitches, identifying opportunities to better align DAX data products with client campaign objectives.
What You’ll Need
- Sales: Extensive background in selling media to agencies, with a proven record of winning new business.
- Strategy: Ability to think strategically with a long term perspective.
- Ideas: Confident ideas led seller, using creativity to shape and lead sales solutions.
- Collaboration: Strong collaborator, working across internal teams to embed an ideas led DAX Outdoor sales approach.
- Presentation: Excellent presenting skills, leading by example and showcasing Global’s Outdoor portfolio through ideas.
- Relationships: Proven ability to build strong contacts across agency planning and strategy teams, programmatic teams and Outdoor specialists.
- Data: Strong enthusiasm for data led solutions and programmatic Outdoor.
