Description

Our Regional People and Culture team are looking for a data and analytical driven individual to join them.

For the right individual, this is a unique and exciting opportunity. Through your ongoing learning and development you will eventually become the lead in data, reporting and analytics, providing business insights to proactively identify risks and areas for improvement.

This position would suit a data focused Graduate who has already gained a minimum of 12 - 18 months experience, and who is looking to continue their career in this field.

About the Regional People & Culture Team: The regional People & Culture team plays a pivotal role in the Europe & Africa region (EAR), delivering strategic guidance and governance across 22 countries and 32 entities.

The Role:

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Manage, standardise, and enhance the people reporting, dashboards, and analytics capabilities for EAR P&C.
  • Assess, analyse, and interpret HR data to spot trends and understand business impacts.
  • Communicate people data via analytics, dashboards, and business intelligence (BI) platforms.
  • Use data analysis of P&C metrics to drive business decisions. Tell stories with data and identify trends.
  • Clearly write up recommendations in plain language so leaders can rapidly make quality, evidence-based choices.
  • Provide ad-hoc reports and data analysis as requested by HR leadership.
  • Work closely with the markets to ensure timely reporting along with the accuracy and integrity of all HR data by conducting regular data audits and validation checks.
  • Data coordination for employee surveys such as PULSE across all markets ensuring accurate collection and input of data

HR Business Support:

  • Coordination of Executive appraisal and remuneration processes ensuring all documents are completed accurately and submitted to Japan in a timely manner
  • Lead GDPR administration including coordination
  • Provide HR support on policies, Talent Acquisition, Retention, Employee Engagement, Compensation, Benefits, and People Analytics to drive business goals.
  • Coordination of Global and Regional HR processes including Annual Salary Reviews, Benchmarking, Benefit Changes, Global Career Development Planning ensuring adherence to global and regional policy.
  • Support and contribute to special projects as needed, managing diverse initiatives to deliver results aligned with organisational goals.

Budget Administration:

  • Coordinate the EAR P&C budget planning process internally and with EAR Finance
  • Provide reports for EAR Finance to support budget planning (e.g. rationale for changes)
  • Coordinate budget planning for P&C budget in Germany (TKG)
  • Invoice handling and approval management in SAP
Requirements

Key Experience & Skills:

  • Experience in working with data and strong analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships across diverse organisational levels.
  • Excellent communication, especially in an international context, to convey policies and recommendations effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in diverse, multicultural environments with cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
