Responsibilities
- Analyse data sources, validate problem statements, and highlight gaps or dependencies.
- Build, refine, and iterate machine learning models and AI prototypes.
- Contribute to technical design documentation (model choices, data pipelines, architecture).
- Evaluate models using success metrics, KPIs, performance analysis and bias checks.
- Support functional, regression and performance testing for models and prototypes.
- Collaborate with engineers on deployment pipelines, telemetry, and automated testing.
- Produce clear documentation and contribute to playback sessions and assessment reports.
About You
- Strong hands-on experience in data science and machine learning.
- Skilled in model development, evaluation, and iterative experimentation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Clear communication of technical insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with NLP, LLMs, vector search or intelligent search tools.
- Familiarity with cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to Discovery/Alpha delivery or rapid prototyping.
