We’re looking for a Pricing Data Scientist who loves building models that make messy systems behave a little more predictably. Someone who gets a kick out of experimenting, iterating, and turning data into decisions that actually move the needle.

What you'll be doing:

🎯 Level up our ML pricing models
Help design, evaluate, and productionise the next iterations of the models that power our pricing decisions—boosting performance, robustness, and impact on the business.

🧪 Experiment your way to smarter decisions
Support the development of adaptive experimentation systems that learn from how customers respond, keeping our pricing tuned to a marketplace that refuses to sit still.

🛠️ Build data science products that matter
Spot opportunities, collaborate across teams, and help turn data-driven ideas into tools and workflows that make the whole business run better.

📣 Make the complex sound simple
Translate model behaviour, findings, and tricky technical concepts into clear stories that non-technical teammates can understand and act on.

What you'll bring:

• 3+ years in a data science (or closely related) role

• Strong Python skills (pandas, scikit-learn or similar) and confidence in SQL

• A problem-solving mindset with serious analytical chops and attention to detail

• Creativity and pragmatism when facing knotty business problems

• Communication skills that land with both engineers and non-technical stakeholders

Bonus points for:

• Experience in pricing, marketplaces, logistics, e-commerce, or other revenue-focused spaces

• A track record of contributing to ML solutions used in real products or operations

• Some familiarity with causal modelling, uplift modelling, or policy evaluation

• Comfort working with autonomy in a fast-paced, occasionally chaotic, always interesting environment
