About the Role:

The Product Director is a senior hire responsible for translating the Product Lead’s vision into a structured, executable roadmap. This role leads the day-to-day product function across a product team and wider DTO team, spanning engineering, reporting, governance and enablement.

The product this team owns covers the full data journey; from ingestion and harmonisation through to client-facing dashboards and downstream client environment requirements for an established client.

This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable setting direction and rolling up their sleeves. You will own the roadmap, manage a high-performing product team, and be the primary escalation point between delivery and the Product Lead.

To thrive in this role; 

  • Proven experience as a Director or in an analytics, or BI product environment
  • Experience managing or mentoring a product team, with demonstrable people development
  • Strong understanding of data pipelines and reporting infrastructure
  • Strong experience of BI tooling (Power BI or equivalent) with UX and building briefs (wireframes)
  • Track record of owning a product roadmap end-to-end, from discovery through to delivery
  • Excellent requirements writing — able to produce functional specs that engineers can build from without ambiguity
  • Experience working in or alongside an agency or client services environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills — comfortable presenting to senior clients and internal leadership
  • Commercially aware — able to connect product decisions to business outcomes

Flexible Working

At Omnicom Media Group, we are committed to supporting flexibility for our people while fostering collaboration, innovation, and teamwork. We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two working remotely), to ensure that we meet the needs of both our people and our business, balancing the benefits of in-person connections with the flexibility of remote working.  Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
