Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Country Data Operations Lead to manage the collection and curation of market data, you will ensure that all data is collected, processed, and analysed accurately and efficiently. You will be managing a local team.
Responsibilities:
- Work with local business leaders, researchers and teams to understand the business needs and propose solutions in line with EMEA Data Analytics strategy.
- Ensure client reporting is prepared in a timely manner to meet internal and client reporting deadlines.
- Lead data cleansing and enhancing the dataset to drive analysis requirements and enhanced analytics.
- Ensuring our data is complete and up to date. Ensure that all data is validated before being published for use by other departments.
- Track and report on completeness of data by submarket within your country.
- Manage country dedicated Data Operatives team/Documentalists including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Ensure that all data is collected, processed, and analysed accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure that all data is secure and compliant with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure that data is integrated into business processes and systems.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with competitors and key members of real estate forums to gather and validate critical market data.
- Proactively engage with industry forums, online communities, and networking events to source and fill missing data points relevant to our market analysis.
- Monitor data quality and identify areas for improvement. Hold data operatives to defined SLAs Provide training on new data management tools and technologies to users within the organization.
- Communicate with management regularly to share updates on projects and ensure they are on track.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data management.
Requirements:
- Fluent English is a requirement.
- Common MS Office applications to excellent levels including SharePoint and OneDrive.
- At least 3 years of experience in data management or operations.
- Experience leading a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Great attention to detail, diligent and focused.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
