Data Mapping Assistant

Job Description Summary

The Data Mapping Assistant will support the EMEA business for a two-month period, mapping client invoices to designated client brands in alignment with our CRM system. They will review invoice lists and, with guidance where needed, identify the appropriate ultimate parent company for each invoice, ensuring accurate financial reporting and driving business excellence. Full training and support will be provided by the Sales Enablement and Data & Analytics teams. This role offers very flexible working arrangements, making it ideal for those seeking a short-term opportunity with adaptability.

Job Description

Principal responsibilities

  • Ensure invoice alignment between finance and CRM systems.
  • Research company connections that may not be immediately clear by name alone.
  • Collaborate with the sales enablement and data & analytics (D&A) teams to maintain data accuracy.
  • Engage with stakeholders across the EMEA business at all levels of seniority.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, finance, or data management.
  • Strong understanding of data and financial systems.
  • Quick learner with the ability to work effectively in a team.
