We are looking for an experienced Data Management Manager who will help share the data management best practices within the organisation. The role is responsible to advise, manage and maintain the Data Management tools and assets. It involves ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security, as well as supporting data-related projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on Data Management best practices and implement data management tools, processes and required policies working with partner teams.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all systems.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to support data-related projects.
  • Conduct data quality assessments and audits.
  • Create simple assets, reports to drive onboarding of business stakeholders of all level of seniority on topics around data management foundations and its importance in AI/BI.
  • Provide training and support to staff on data management best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data management.

What you will bring: 

  • Strong background in data management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
  • Hands-on experience in data management areas of data quality, master data management and data distribution strategies.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
