What’s the role about?

Our Data & Insight Analyst will be responsible for providing strategic information and support with key decision-making processes by collaborating with various departments, including Merchandising, Logistics, Retail Operations and E-Commerce.

Reporting to our Head of Commercial Finance, you will be contributing to performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting and reporting initiatives, directly influencing growth and success of Reiss.

Who you are

  • Strong analytical ability, highly numerate and proficient in using Microsoft Excel.
  • Able to demonstrate natural curiosity and be a real problem solver.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to deliver high quality work independently, within tight deadlines.
  • Experienced in working with data and statistical analysis, as well as aggregating and integrating data from a variety of sources, ensuring clean and actionable data sets.
  • Proven expertise in Power BI with a focus on creating compelling data visualisations and reports.
  • A keen eye for detail with a proactive approach to dashboard maintenance and data accuracy.
  • A strong communicator and relationship builder across different departments.

What you’ll be doing

  • Developing and delivering BI driven reporting, accommodating the different levels within the organisation at a reporting frequency that support timely decision making.
  • Maintain and optimise dashboards, keeping data integrity and clarity at the forefront.
  • Create robust, data-driven visualisations to provide actionable insights and support critical business decision.
  • Aggregate complex data from multiple sources into Power BI, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Support the development and implementation of BI tools, as well build on new systems and potentialise their capability.
  • Provide support and training to non-Power BI users, developing their skillset in the department.
