As a Data Infrastructure Engineer (SRE), you will build and maintain data analytics platform components. Your responsibilities include platform support, architecture development, preparing cloud-ready solutions, and managing monitoring and alerting systems.
We are looking for you, if you:
- are familiar with SRE concepts and System and application monitoring,
- have knowledge of infrastructure architecture and practices ,
- have good understanding of databases including RDBMS, non-SQL,
- are experienced with monitoring and observability (ELK stack) ,
- deployment and provisioning automation tools e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD are among your strengths,
- you have proven experience with Infra as code (Terraform, Ansible) ,
- Bash scripting and Linux systems administration are among your skills,
- are able to analyze, solve and correct issues.
English level - B2
You'll get extra points for:
- system design and architecture ,
- experience with Apache Airflow,
- programming in Python,
- experience with building distributed, large scale and secure applications,
- experience working in cloud environment (e.g. GCP),
- experience with working in an agile/scrum way .
Your responsibilities:
- building a platform and supporting its tenants,
- data analytics platform components maintenance,
- architecture development and experiments,
- preparing cloud-ready and IaC-based solutions,
- managing monitoring and alerting for the platform.
