The role ensures secure, accurate, and efficient handling of sensitive documents, supporting legal teams and clients throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and configure virtual data rooms, including structure, permissions, and access controls
- Upload, organise, index, and quality-check large volumes of confidential documents
- Redact sensitive information in line with firm guidelines
- Provide user support and basic training to internal teams and clients
- Monitor data room activity and produce usage reports
- Manage data room closure, archiving, and audit logs
- Ensure compliance with data security, confidentiality, and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement of data room processes and tools
- Experience managing virtual data rooms (e.g. Intralinks, Datasite, HighQ, Ansarada)
- Strong understanding of data security and confidentiality
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication and user support skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
