We are looking for a leader to join our London data team and help us build a platform that changes how our business uses data. You will lead a high performing team focused on providing trustable and usable data that meets real business needs. - Lead a cross functional team of five to eight data and analytics engineers.

- Skill in guiding teams through significant technical data decisions.
- Excellent communication skills that make complex topics simple for everyone.
- Experience working in lockstep with product managers and senior engineers.
