Through this transformation we are aiming to reinvent our core processes, adapting our data models and tech platforms while focusing on enhancing the experience for users, customers, and our Associates.

We are hiring Data and Analytics Engagement Lead in operational reporting for Plan to Fulfil process area. Engagement leads will work closely with global process owners, business process owners, change experience teams and data and analytics teams to challenge, harmonise, standardise and where needed adapt / deliver reporting requirements.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • You will be liaising with business process owners, business engagement team and programme delivery partners.
  • You will understand enterprise data model in advanced planning and ERP systems such as SAP and OMP.
  • You will inform design of source agnostic integrated data model for reporting.
  • You will highlight areas of data management, distribution and consumption patterns for architecture.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring data architecture of data model is fit for purpose for reporting needs.
  • You will collaborate with IT teams to design and implement solutions, conduct detailed analysis, provide recommendations for process and system improvements.
  • You will drive consistency and standardisation in reporting by engaging with process owners to catalogue reporting requirements.
  • You will document reporting requirements and translate functional requirements to system requirements to support development of reports.
  • You will work closely with third party System Integrator partners to deliver quality, scalable and robust enterprise solutions within time and budget.
  • You will collaborate closely with the EOS teams to ensure the smooth deployment of reports across digital core and edge systems, including service introduction.
  • You will collaborate with change experience managers for business readiness for critical milestones.

What are we looking for?

  • The role would require individuals to closely collaborate with various functions while maintaining focus on delivery, deployment and adoption of reporting in the markets.
  • Experience in business intelligence and more importantly appreciation of functional domains is essential to be successful in this role.
  • Exposure to understanding definitions and delivery of KPIs in demand planning, sales and operations planning would be ideal.
  • The role requires candidates to know about data architecture, data modelling with a great understanding of KPIs
  • To be successful, you'd need to have excellent functional understanding of Plan to Fulfil functional area with BI exposure, instead of being a technical BI expert.
  • Experience of previous product ownership / product management role in this functional area.

This role is a project-based transformation role and has a current expected end date of 3 years. As we move closer to the date, we will work with you to explore other opportunities for employment within the Mars family of companies. If a suitable alternative role is not available at that time, your employment will end.
