The Data Analytics Solution Lead, NA Ventures will be responsible for driving the NA Ventures strategy, development, and delivery of data-centric products and solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, developers, and business stakeholders, to develop innovative data products that drive business growth and improve decision-making. This role requires a strong understanding of data architecture, analytics, and business strategy.

The base salary range for this position is $117,400 to $161,425; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.

- Project Management: Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Performance Measurement: Set product performance metrics and use data insights to continuously improve product offerings and drive user engagement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with data engineers, data scientists, and analysts to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and scalability of data solutions.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and new technologies in the data and analytics space to drive product innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- 5 or more years of experience in product management with a focus on data and analytics
- Strong understanding of data management, analytics tools, and platforms (e.g., SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience with data governance, privacy regulations, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is preferred
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred
- Knowledge of machine learning and AI applications is preferred
- Role will be a hybrid working schedule
