The Role

We're expanding our UK Data Practice and looking for talented Data Analytics Consultants to join our award-winning team. You'll lead cutting-edge data transformation programmes for top-tier Financial Services institutions, helping clients unlock value, improve operational efficiency and gain a competitive advantage through data-driven decision-making. You'll also embrace AI-enabled ways of working, using approved AI tools where appropriate to enhance analysis, accelerate delivery and improve the quality of client outcomes while applying sound judgement and responsible AI practices.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and deliver complex data analytics initiatives across major Financial Services clients, translating data into meaningful business insights and measurable outcomes.
  • Apply predictive modelling, segmentation and risk analytics to solve client challenges, leveraging AI-enabled analytical techniques where appropriate to accelerate insight generation and support better decision-making.
  • Design and develop dashboards using Power BI, Qlik or Tableau, delivering intuitive visualisations that enable business stakeholders to act with confidence.
  • Interpret large, complex datasets and provide actionable recommendations through advanced analytical techniques, combining technical expertise with critical thinking and human judgement.
  • Support the growth of Capco's UK and Global Data Practice by contributing to innovation across analytics, AI and machine learning, sharing knowledge and encouraging modern, AI-enabled delivery approaches.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong ability to acquire, manipulate, analyse and interpret large volumes of complex data to solve business problems.
  • Experience delivering predictive and diagnostic analytics across areas such as customer lifetime value, risk scoring, financial crime or marketing analytics.
  • Technical proficiency with SQL databases and analytical tools such as Python, R or Spark, with an openness to using approved AI-assisted capabilities to improve productivity and code quality where appropriate.
  • Strong experience developing dashboards and data visualisations using Power BI, Qlik or Tableau, with the ability to communicate insights effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience within Financial Services, including Capital Markets, Insurance or Wealth & Asset Management, alongside experience leading or mentoring small teams and an understanding of responsible data and AI practices within regulated environments.

  • Previous consulting experience within a leading consultancy.
  • Knowledge of NoSQL databases, cloud analytics platforms or modern data architectures.
  • Experience supporting programme delivery and large-scale data transformation initiatives.
  • Understanding of machine learning, AI-enabled analytics, ESG analytics or responsible AI principles.
