- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Experience working within financial services, insurance, or reinsurance environments.
- Strong experience in data mapping, data migration planning, and data quality assurance.
- Familiarity with treasury or reinsurance data structures and reporting requirements.
- Experience supporting system integration projects, particularly around data flows and transformations.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively with solution architects and delivery teams.
- Experience with SQL and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with ETL tools and data integration platforms.
- Experience supporting large system implementation or transformation programs
