About the Position


We are looking for a Data Analyst to help transform raw blockchain and AI-driven data into actionable insights that will drive product strategy and development. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and create executive dashboards. Handle ad hoc data requests and design internal solutions.


Responsibilities


- Analyze data to generate actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and research analysis.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key metrics, data needs, and analytical requirements.

- Maintain and optimize data pipelines and models for structured and unstructured data.

- Design and build executive-facing dashboards to report against goals and track essential business and product metrics.

- Support ad hoc data requests and provide analysis for strategic decision-making.

- Write and review technical documents to support data analysis processes.

- Develop and maintain public dashboards using Dune Analytics and Flipside.


Requirements


- 5+ years of relevant experience in data analysis.

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a technical field such as Finance, Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science.

- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.

- Experience with data mining tools and techniques for structured and unstructured data.

- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and deliver high-quality insights in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience working with shared repositories, GitHub and CI/CD.

- Strong understanding of web3 technologies, including the EVM, blockchain data structures, event encoding/decoding, and ABI usage for transaction information.

- Experience working with Dune Analytics and Flipside as a plus.
