Data Analyst

You will join the team in delivering insight and analysis which allow ClearScore to rapidly scale and deliver a seamless experience for our users. Analysts play a key role within ClearScore, driving strategy and key decision-making, which ultimately benefits our users, partners, and other teams within the business.

ClearScore is both a free credit score and report service and the UK’s leading consumer credit marketplace. Working in the Analytics team, you will play a key role in monitoring and reporting on performance across different areas; supporting the commercial, product and marketing teams to run experiments and improve UX and monetisation and support the leadership team in developing the overall strategy. 

 

What you will be doing: 

  • Work closely with our commercial, product or marketing team to help them understand the performance of each individual area 
  • Analyse AB tests and experiments to enable us to continuously improve the user experience 
  • Deliver in-depth analytics projects user a rang of approaches, using data to identify opportunities and to analyse and solve complex business problems 
  • Build out new monitoring and reporting dashboards, using SQL and Domo 
  • Present analysis to stakeholders, enabling them to understand what the data means and what action we should take 
  • Support the ongoing growth of the product, including carrying out analysis needed to launch new products, improve existing products and unlock growth across verticals 
  • Working with analytical peers to improve our data capabilities 

 

Skills we'd love you to have 

  • You must possess advanced SQL and Excel skills. Knowledge of Python and analytical tools such as Amplitude is a plus 
  • Experience using Domo or other data visualisation tools such as Tableau 
  • Ability to plan and prioritise your own workload and that of your team 
  • You have a desire to learn and enjoy working collaboratively, with a desire to contribute to our culture.

  • Strong quantitative and numerical skills

Our Hybrid Model
