Your role

As a Data Analyst in Supply Chain, you will be part of the Supply Chain / Operations Excellence Cluster FR-BE team and play a key role in structuring, industrialising and leveraging data to support operational performance in an international environment. You will contribute to the transformation towards a fully data‑driven and automated Supply Chain, working closely with cross‑functional and international stakeholders.

Your mission is to ensure that data is reliable, accessible and actionable, enabling operational teams and management to make informed decisions and continuously improve performance.

Your responsibilities

Data structuring & consolidation

You will integrate and consolidate data from multiple sources (such as Excel files, data warehouses and ERP systems), ensuring proper mapping between countries and systems. You will guarantee data reliability, consistency and availability for operational use, while designing and maintaining scalable and robust data models.

Process automation & reporting

You will design, industrialise and automate end‑to‑end processes using Power Query, Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Forms and the wider Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This includes transforming existing manual or Excel‑based reports into automated and scalable solutions (Power BI / Power Query), building data pipelines from ERP extraction to visualization, and standardising data practices to improve Supply Chain productivity and analysis quality.

Dashboard development & performance monitoring

You will develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor key Supply Chain KPIs, providing clear visibility to operational teams and management. By challenging business needs and translating them into analytical solutions, you will deliver high‑value insights that support decision‑making and performance optimisation.

Transformation projects support

You will actively contribute to strategic Supply Chain cluster projects related to digitalisation, automation and optimisation. Working closely with teams in France, Belgium and IT, you will identify improvement opportunities through data and workflow automation and support change management initiatives.

Your profile

  • You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, Data, Supply Chain or a related field and have a first significant experience (2 to 5 years) in Data, Business Intelligence or Analytics within a structured environment.
  • You have strong expertise in Power BI, Power Query and Excel (advanced to expert level), with experience in Power Automate and a solid understanding of ERP systems (Oracle or equivalent). Knowledge of SQL is expected.
  • You are able to structure complex problems into clear and actionable solutions and have a strong analytical mindset focused on business impact.
  • You demonstrate a high level of ownership and autonomy, with the ability to challenge and improve existing processes.
  • Strong communication skills allow you to translate data into meaningful insights for non‑technical stakeholders, and you bring a continuous improvement mindset with a clear focus on automation and scalability.
  • Fluent English is required.
  • You are motivated by joining a global company where you can develop international exposure and work in close collaboration with multicultural teams.
