The ideal candidate will bring great understanding of Digital R&D and Digital Culture Transformation to the Process and Productivity Technology team. You will help our business react to changing business conditions with excellent data analysis, perform the analysis and identify patterns in large amounts of data.
You will:

  • Create visualizations of global productivity data to track progress against key performance indicators
  • Utilize business intelligence and analytics tools
  • Work with large amounts of data such as facts, figures, and mathematics/formulas and undertake analytical activities in accordance with stakeholder needs to support Productivity initiatives such as BMR, specification reduction and other workshop ideation sessions
  • Analyze large amounts of historic data related to productivity pipelines to identify trends and patterns across regions and business areas, enabling the business to effectively react to changing conditions
  • Understand and be involved with aspects of the data science process.
  • As part of the Process, Technology and Productivity team you will apply your knowledge of databases, using Tableau/Power BI type tools, to produce data visualizations and reporting dashboards for both Productivity savings data (from Volt) and Process Technology project portfolio and resource data (from Accolade)
  • Support the Process Technology and Productivity planning team with preparation and tracking of annual budget targets and actively contribute to delivering the budget by working with existing finance processes such as reclassing of costs and monitoring PO status

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Google Analytics, Tableau, statistical software
  • Moderate knowledge in math and statistical skills, strong business acumen, moderate computer science/coding skills
  • Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global team environment.
  • 1+ years of experience in product development and data analysis.
  • Advanced English
