  • Translate data into actionable insights that support sales teams, managers, and leadership in day-to-day and strategic decision-making
  • Design, develop, and implement AI and advanced analytics use cases with clear, measurable business impact
  • Work hands-on with data analysis, modeling, and prototyping, from concept through deployment
  • Embed insights, predictions, and recommendations into existing workflows and systems, particularly Salesforce, to drive real adoption and usage
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise data, AI, security, and governance standards, including data privacy and regulatory requirements
  • Enable the organization through data literacy and capability building, acting as a trusted reference point for data and AI topics

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Significant years of experience in data, analytics, AI, or related fields
  • Strong ability to connect analytical work to business decisions
