You will own paid acquisition across a portfolio of fast-growing businesses, managing campaigns directly in Meta, TikTok, and Google. As a hands-on operator, you will optimize ROAS and scale direct-to-consumer channels for AI-native competitors in industries ranging from toys to pharmaceuticals, driving rapid revenue growth through relentless data-driven execution.

What you will do:
Execute and manage high-scale paid acquisition campaigns directly within Meta, TikTok, and Google ad platforms.
Rapidly test and iterate on creative strategies and audience targeting to maximize ROAS across multiple product categories.
Pioneer new customer acquisition channels, including emerging LLM-based platforms like ChatGPT, to maintain a technological edge.

Proven track record of personally scaling paid acquisition for e-commerce or D2C brands with deep platform expertise.
Highly analytical thinker with strong academic credentials who uses data to optimize spend and learn new categories quickly.
