With a wide-ranging portfolio across seven categories including medical products, we own and sell over 80 brands in about 90 countries. Our portfolio includes such brands as E45, Pevaryl, Lamisil, Nutravita, Decubal and many others. Our core belief in empowering people to make intelligent health decisions drives our growth strategy, blending organic expansion and M&A.

Join us at Karo Healthcare on our exciting journey. We're currently looking for a D2C eCommerce Manager for our office in Maidenhead.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Translating a brand’s mission, purpose, and strategy to a DtC eCommerce strategy within an omni-channel setting.
  • Leading the commercial activities and working closely with the in-house brand-, creative content-, performance marketing- and development teams to execute them in a pixel perfect way.
  • Owning & analyzing the DtC P&L, and defining actions to optimize gross margin, A&P spend and contribution margins.
  • Analyzing the e-commerce performance, breaking this down to the multi-channel (advertising) campaigns, and identifying the right action points for further optimizations to grow the brand and to maximize ROI.
  • Identifying new opportunities for growth and bringing this to action in collaboration with the in-house teams.
  • Defining and optimizing customer acquisition- and CLTV strategies.
  • Having ownership in your role, end-to-end impact on the business and the brand, and short decision lines allowing us to work agile and to quickly adapt to new trends & tactics.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar DtC eCommerce Manager role. You have a background in paid social media, SEM & e-mail marketing campaigns for e-commerce brands.
  • Having a brand marketing background is a plus.
  • You’re naturally analytical, data driven and you’re able to extract the right learnings out of tons of data from different data points.
  • You’re an entrepreneur and you have a no nonsense and can-do mentality. You are not afraid to take initiative and to investigate new tactics that seem interesting to you.
  • You’re not afraid of targets. On the contrary, targets motivate you and stimulate you to give the best of yourself.
  • As excellent project manager you know how to coordinate the execution of a strategy with an inhouse team of brand-, creative content- and performance marketeers, in order to deliver projects and campaigns in time and to the highest standards.
  • You’re a team player eager to learn and to share knowledge with colleagues.
Benefits
  • Opportunity to create, grow, and encourage
  • Apart from a competitive salary pack, there are lots of growth opportunities to meet your personal ambitions
  • Flexible schedule and life work balance
  • Responsibility for exciting and challenging projects that have a direct, visible impact on our customers and the industry
  • Very positive work environment in a dynamic, international, and motivated team
  • Start-up spirit while being a part of the large international organization with strong values
