Following successful implementation and evidence of customer and commercial value, the role will support the progressive expansion of CVP and PO1 into additional regions, customer segments or value-added services. Priorities will be determined by programme performance, commercial growth opportunities and wider business requirements.

What's in it for you?

  • High-profile role partnering with senior leaders across Farnell and the wider Avnet organisation.
  • The chance to shape how we deliver value to customers and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
  • Exposure to a broad range of functions, regions and commercial initiatives.
  • Ownership of programmes that directly influence customer engagement, retention and business growth.
  • Hybrid working model with flexibility and opportunities for international collaboration.
  • Career development within a global technology and electronics business.
  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead the implementation, operationalisation and ongoing management of Farnell's Customer Value Proposition (CVP) and Power of One (PO1) programmes.
  • Translate strategic priorities into practical delivery plans, customer journeys, processes, tools and regional activities.
  • Establish and maintain programme governance, reporting, performance measures and delivery frameworks.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, Product, Digital, Operations, Service, Finance and Avnet.
  • Partner with regional leaders to drive adoption and ensure programmes are embedded into customer and commercial engagement activities.
  • Track programme performance, customer outcomes, commercial benefits, risks and dependencies, providing clear reporting and recommendations.
  • Use customer insight, programme data and stakeholder feedback to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous enhancement.
  • Support the development of business cases, financial modelling and value propositions for future programme growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with Marketing teams to align messaging and coordinate customer engagement activities and events.
  • Identify opportunities to scale successful programmes into additional regions, customer segments or value-added services based on proven results and business demand.
  • Ensure programme actions are delivered effectively, barriers are addressed and stakeholders remain aligned to agreed objectives.

What about you?

  • Proven experience leading customer, commercial, operational or transformation programmes within a complex B2B environment.
  • Proven ability to translate strategic priorities into practical plans, governance, tools and sustained delivery.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience influencing across functions, regions and seniority levels.
  • Comfortable working in a matrix environment and driving progress without direct authority.
  • Strong understanding of customer value propositions, customer experience, strategic accounts and commercial growth drivers.
  • Experience using customer insights, operational metrics and commercial data to make recommendations and prioritise activity.
  • Skilled in programme management, planning, facilitation, reporting and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders globally.
  • Experience managing multiple workstreams while maintaining attention to detail and delivery focus.
  • Experience in customer event planning and coordination would be beneficial.
  • Experience within electronics distribution, technology, industrial B2B or global customer-facing organisations would be advantageous.

If you're passionate about creating value for customers, leading cross-functional initiatives and turning strategy into measurable business outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.
