Role Overview:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate assistance in Portuguese through calls, chats & emails.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to management.

Requirements
  • Fluent in both Portuguese and English.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Confident PC user (aware of cookies/cashу and why/when should clean them).
  • Having an experience with crypto is huge plus.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in shifts - Morning, Afternoon, Night. Ability to work 5 days a week(including weekends).
