I'm Brandon Yach, Senior Manager, Customer Support at Teamworks. Our Performance products — AMS, Nutrition, and Strength & Conditioning — are growing fast across European football, rugby, and beyond, and the organizations using them need support that matches the level they operate at. I'm looking for someone who understands performance environments from the inside and can bring that context to every customer interaction.

This isn't a passive ticket queue role. You'll work autonomously, own issues from first contact through resolution, and partner closely with our Product Success and Customer Success teams as a real cross-functional contributor.

The Role
  • Own a queue of support tickets across AMS, Nutrition, and Strength & Conditioning, triaging and resolving issues based on severity and customer impact

  • Build and configure Teamworks Performance products on behalf of customers, including data setup, template creation, and workflow customization

  • Analyze performance data within customer environments to identify trends, troubleshoot anomalies, and surface actionable insights

  • Partner closely with Product Success Managers in a roughly 60/40 split between ticket-based support and collaborative PS work

  • Coordinate with Product and Engineering to escalate bugs and represent customer needs with thorough documentation

  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for weekend coverage during key customer project periods (approximately 5 to 6 weekends per year)

What I'm Looking ForWhat You Must Bring
  • Hands-on experience building and using AMS in a professional or collegiate/academy performance environment — this is the core of the role and non-negotiable

  • A background in sports performance (sports science, strength & conditioning, nutrition, athletic training, or related field)

  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems independently and with urgency, often without a complete picture

  • Data literacy — ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, and sound judgment when handling sensitive athlete health data

Even Better If
  • You have a sporting background within European professional or academy environments

  • You speak Spanish, German, Dutch, or Portuguese

  • You have experience with data analysis tools (R, Python, Tableau, or similar)

Why This Role

You'll be supporting some of Europe's most recognized sports organizations at the sharpest end of their performance operations. The autonomy is real, the cross-functional relationships are genuine, and the chance to grow your career inside one of the fastest-moving companies in sports tech is right in front of you.
