Position Impact
This role is pivotal as we advance our UK expansion plans. With ownership and autonomy, you will shape and optimise the supply and replenishment framework, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the business. As a key member of the wider Functional Leadership Team, you will play a central role in ZURU Edge's UK operations, influencing strategic decisions and operational excellence.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers (Tesco, Sainsbury's, Morrisons, ASDA, Superdrug, Boots) and drive EDI adoption where possible.
- Supply Chain Optimization: Partner with 3PLs to ensure efficient, cost-effective operations and continuous improvement.
- Demand Planning and Forecasting: Analyse trends, data, and customer feedback to support accurate replenishment and stock levels.
- In-store Product Replenishment: Coordinate with retailers to maintain optimal stock and prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Product Updates: Support smooth launches, updates, and phase-outs in collaboration with product and marketing teams.
- On-Shelf Availability: Implement strategies to maximise product availability and meet key partner expectations.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications a plus
- Proven supply chain experience, ideally in FMCG
- Strong skills in key account and relationship management
- Proficient in demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management
- Willing to travel across the UK as required
- UK work authorisation required
