Job Summary

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join Portside, a fast-growing SaaS company supporting the global aviation industry.


In this role, you’ll help ensure high-quality data and a seamless customer experience for aviation companies across the US, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Latin America.


You will be working 8am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time.


Key Responsibilities 

  • Support customer data onboarding, validation, and ongoing data management
  • Transform and clean large datasets (Excel / Google Sheets) for system import
  • Configure and monitor data imports, mappings, and workflows
  • Troubleshoot data issues and ensure accuracy across systems
  • Communicate with customers to resolve discrepancies and deliver results
  • Partner with product and engineering to identify bugs and improvements


Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, auditing, or similar
  • Experience in customer service or customer support
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
  • High attention to detail and comfort working with large datasets
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities
  • Experience with data imports or SaaS platforms is a plus
  • CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
  • Interest in aviation or finance is a plus
