What You’ll Do


We are looking for a smart, punctual & attentive to details person who is willing to take on data entry processes and has an interest in software applications used by business jet operators in the US, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Latin America.


You will be working 8am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time.


You will work closely with customers, sales and product managers to:

  • Provide support services for customers: data entry & data verification; setting up, monitoring and fixing data loading scripts; creating mappings and configurations for data imports
  • Transform large Excel spreadsheets into an appropriate format
  • Perform administration of existing accounts and configure the port
  • Contact customers for correcting mistakes, verifying data, sending missed information, delivering results of data imports
  • Cooperate with product management team and report bugs

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a financial analyst, auditor or accounting specialist is a must
  • Intermediate English level or higher
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Degree in Science
  • Neat, capable of working with a large volume of numbers
  • Punctual and self-motivated
  • Positive minded
