Job Description

As a Customer Success Specialist at keylight, you will play a key role in building strong and lasting relationships with key clients and effectively developing the clients’ portfolios. Daily, your activities will be focused on collecting feedback and managing customer communications, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Your main activities will be focusing on:

  • responding to customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner
  • scheduling and attending regular meetings with clients to check progress, address any concerns or questions, and offer guidance
  • offering suggestions on how the product can be more efficient by analyzing customer data
  • collaborating with sales and product teams, to ensure the best possible experience for clients across all touchpoints
  • providing onboarding training to new customers and offering ongoing support
  • tracking and analyzing data to prepare reports and share inputs within the team

To succeed in this position, you will bring to our company:

  • strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships
  • ability to analyze customer data and identify trends and opportunities
  • project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
  • familiarity with customer success software and tools
  • ability to understand the product, customer landscape, data analysis, and efficiency processes
