The Opportunity

As we embark on a major migration programme to our cutting-edge Landmark 3.0 technologies, we’re looking for a passionate and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to join our team.

You will be a key player in our migration journey, and the face of LVS for customers transitioning from legacy systems to our new platforms. You’ll guide them through every step, from initial checks and setup to training and post-migration support, ensuring a smooth and successful experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with customers and act as their trusted migration advisor
  • Conduct pre-migration checks, analyse customer needs, and support form and phrase file creation
  • Set up users and tailor training materials to customer workflows
  • Deliver engaging training sessions via webinars or on-site visits
  • Provide post-migration support and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling LVS solutions
  • Demonstrate product functionality and showcase the value of our platforms

About You

  • A seasoned professional with a background in customer service, technical support, or client liaison, known for strong listening skills and confident objection handling.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and a solid understanding of customer data management.
  • Proven track record in customer-facing roles, including face-to-face interactions, with a natural ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Excellent communication skills across all channels (phone, email, and in-person), with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle, with flexibility for regular travel to customer sites.
  • A working knowledge of the mortgage and property valuation process.
