We're building the AI layer that autonomously runs businesses. Led by technical founder Kai Feller, previously of Bark.com - the UK's largest bootstrapped exit at $300m, we're assembling an exceptional team that moves fast, takes ownership and gets things done.

We're looking for an enthusiastic, personable and commercially minded Customer Success Executive to help deliver an outstanding customer experience as we scale. We believe every customer interaction is an opportunity to add value. This is a hands-on role spanning customer success, account management, technical support and warm sales, helping businesses get the most from our AI technology.

You'll work directly with our founding team, take real responsibility from day one and help shape our product and customer experience. This is a rare opportunity to join an early-stage business alongside a founder and team who have successfully built and scaled companies before, with real potential to carve out your own path and grow as the business grows. As part of a small, ambitious team, you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact, develop quickly and grow alongside the business.

What you'll do
  • Onboarding - Welcome new customers, guide them through setup and ensure they're getting the most out of Cyberstaff from day one

  • Relationship building - Proactively check in with customers, build strong relationships and make sure they're happy with the service

  • Customer support - Be the first point of contact for questions, troubleshooting and general support, always going the extra mile to find solutions

  • Warm sales and growth - Identify opportunities to upgrade existing customers, follow up with trial users and help convert interested prospects into paying customers

  • Customer retention - Monitor customer activity, spot potential issues early and proactively engage with customers to keep them happy

  • Feedback gathering - Speak regularly with customers to understand what's working, what isn't and what they'd love to see next. Work closely with our product team to help shape the future of Cyberstaff

  • Continuous improvement - Look for ways to improve the customer journey, simplify processes and deliver an even better experience

Who you are
  • A confident, friendly communicator who genuinely enjoys speaking to people, particularly on the phone

  • Someone who sees every customer interaction as an opportunity to make a positive difference

  • A proactive problem-solver who takes ownership and isn't afraid to go above and beyond

  • A commercially minded individual who is comfortable identifying sales opportunities without being pushy

  • Someone organised, adaptable and comfortable juggling different responsibilities

  • An interest in AI, technology and being part of a fast-growing startup

Why join
  • Share options - Everyone gets equity. But unlike most, our share options translate into real value as they've paid out before.

  • High pay & stability - We pay top salaries and offer tangible equity. You don't have to trade security for upside.

  • Tools for the job - Whatever helps you be more productive, you get it. The best hardware, software, and setup. We love technology.

  • Proven winning team - We've built, scaled, and sold large successful businesses before. Now we're hands-on building again.

  • War chest available - We have our own significant funds available if required. No external shareholders, no external distractions.
