Role Overview

At Zuno, we're building a network of skilled engineers who can access work and grow their businesses through our platform. But signing up is just the beginning.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and commercially minded Customer Success Executive to join our team and make sure new engineers receive the support they need to get started successfully.

You'll be responsible for guiding engineers through their first few months with Zuno, ensuring they're engaged, supported and, most importantly, getting access to work. Rather than leaving engineers to navigate the platform alone, you'll play a key role in helping them become part of the Zuno ecosystem and build a successful relationship with us.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting and onboarding newly signed-up engineers, ensuring they have everything they need to get started successfully

  • Encouraging engineers to stay active and engaged with the Zuno platform

  • Promoting rewards, incentives and referral opportunities to new engineers

  • Supporting initiatives such as our referral programme and onboarding rewards

  • Promoting the Zuno store and communicating its benefits and USPs to engineers

  • Gathering feedback from engineers and sharing insights with the wider team to help improve the onboarding experience

  • Working towards targets linked to engineer retention, engagement, acquisitions and store sales

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is confident, proactive and enjoys building relationships. You'll be comfortable speaking to a wide range of people and won't be afraid to pick up the phone and have a conversation.

You'll ideally have:

  • Proven experience in a phone based role, ideally in customer retention / success

  • A proactive and organised approach to work

  • The confidence to engage with people over the phone and through digital channels

  • A customer-focused mindset with a genuine desire to help people succeed

  • Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities to promote products and services

  • The ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities at once

  • A positive, energetic and solutions-focused attitude

Why This Role Matters

We have thousands of engineers signed up to the Zuno platform, and we want every new engineer to feel that joining Zuno is the start of a relationship – not the end of one.

This role will play a key part in improving how we support engineers from day one, helping them access work, build a track record and become long-term, engaged members of the Zuno network.

If you enjoy working with people, taking ownership and making a genuine impact on someone's experience, we'd love to hear from you.
