We’re looking for a compassionate and friendly Customer Solutions Coordinator to join our team on a fixed term basis. 

You’ll work as part of a dedicated complaints resource to ensure we provide appropriate resolutions for customers.You’ll be responsible for investigating complaints and member’s enquiries providingtimely responses that offer full explanation and wherever possible, resolution for customers  

We’re seeking individuals with excellent communication skills, organisational skills and experience of dealing directly with customers.  

You’ll work full time from the office for the first 8 weeks, whilst in training and academy. After training, you’ll be full time in the office with some flexibility of home working in line with business needs.

Closing Date: Tuesday 22nd April 2025 at midnight.  

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in either Maidstone or Croydon. Candidates will be expected to work from the office at least one day per week.
