Job Description

We’re looking for a Customer Sales Support to join our Order Management team in Guildford.

As a Customer Sales Support, you will act as the primary point of contact for managing orders, playing a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of support and satisfaction with a passion for delivering exceptional service to our valued customer base. Your ability to build strong relationships with our customers through effective communication, including but not limited to via phone and emails, alongside strong problem-solving skills will be key to winning continued business. What you’ll do

  • Responsible for driving through and managing all aspects of customer order lifecycle

  • Answer incoming inquiries as the face of the organization and the voice of our brand

  • Ensure data accuracy and proactive driving of continuous improvement across the organization

  • Report running to maintain consistent service levels to internal and external stakeholders

  • Work with a team of awesome individuals!

Your skills/qualifications

  • 0-3 years of experience in customer service

  • A knowledge of MS Office and SAP (or other ERP systems) is preferred

  • Positive and professional attitude, able to empathize with colleagues and customers to create a positive experience

  • Excels in a team environment; sharing knowledge and resources, to contribute to an upbeat and encouraging team culture

  • Detail-oriented approach with accuracy and attention to accuracy
