Spring Into Summer with a New role!

Salary: £25,506 per year plus average additional earnings of £4,300

Contract: Permanent, full time with a rotating weekly shift pattern

Location: Nottingham (Hybrid & Remote options available)

Start date: Monday, 1st of June.

How will you contribute?

As a Customer Support and Sales Advisor, you’ll speak with existing customers who call us with queries about their products or services. Your role is to:

  • Understand their needs

  • Resolve their questions

  • Introduce relevant solutions that genuinely add value

  • Ensure every interaction leads to the right customer outcome

You’ll log into our virtual contact centre at the start of your shift and handle a steady flow of inbound calls throughout the day. Every conversation is an opportunity to support a customer, build rapport, and make a positive impact.

Although the role is hybrid/remote, you’re never on your own. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values your efforts, celebrates your success, and helps you grow. It’s challenging — but incredibly rewarding.

Shift Pattern

Rotating weekly shifts between 8am–8pm, Monday to Sunday

  • 37.5 hours per week

  • Breaks: 60 minute lunch, 2 x15 minute breaks.
