I am currently working with one of my clients who are one of the UKs largest most influential Automotive OEM'S in the UK. They are currently searching for a Customer Relationship Specialist - Dealership to join their team on a long term rolling contract basis
You will be based within the Marketing & Sales Operations team working onsite the production plant who are located in the South East Region of the UK - Brentwood, Essex

Base 37.5 hours per week with overtime available at premium rates after 12 weeks duration
£23.00 per hour Limited company / umbrella

Position Description:
- Candidates will need to have an excellent understanding of IT systems
- Candidates must have experience with dealer management systems
- You will be coordinating the website and supporting managers requests
- You will have key integration with other dealerships and markets
- You will be implementing a new IT system and ensuring everything works
- You will be supporting concerns and issues which do not run smoothly on the website
- Constant use with databases and understanding roadmap items
- Liaising with offshore teams - following up with their market rates and assisting them with the website and database
- Supporting new business leads
- Run reports from system
