What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative and coordination support for customer-facing teams.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, including contracts, activities, and performance metrics.
- Prepare reports and presentations for customer reviews.
- Serve as a reliable contact for operational enquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Coordinate onboarding activities across internal departments.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer journey.
- Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a commercial administrative, account coordination, or customer service role (B2B preferred).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working with data and preparing reports/presentations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); Salesforce CRM experience is a plus.
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset.
