Support rollout and post-launch of LEAP CRM across markets, produce campaign extracts, perform LDS/DMS testing, deliver training, liaison with service desk and local IT, develop and validate reports (CuPID/GTB), and coordinate lead management and performance reporting.

Our high profile client in the automotive industry is currently looking to recruit a Customer Relations Specialist to work at their busy site in Warley.
- FoE CRM Specialist Producing campaign extracts for all CRM enabled markets
- Role requires close integration with T team, Marcomms for central campaign development, GTB and NSCs
- LEAP delivery
- Support the delivery of LEAP in 14 markets in first 6 months of 2019
- Establish LDS implications
- Deliver lessons learned from pilot market rollout (France) to ensure flawless launch to other markets
- Deliver training to new markets prior to launch
- Provide post launch support to new markets
- Support implementation of roadmap items, Lead Management Service Desk coordination
- Attend NSC weekly meetings to discuss performance with the Service Desk
- Supports discussions whereby local DSPs need to address issues
- LM Performance reporting
- Supports LDS interface testing in conjunction with AD
- Acts as DMS liaison
- Provides feedback and enhancement information to pilot dealers / DMS
- Reviews lead delivery and status update information to validate certification
- Liaises with local market IT to resolve issues
- LEAP related end to end testing including LDS
- LDS - Current specification interpretation and future upgrade requirement
- Consider LEAP roadmap requirements for DMS synchronisation (specification change and comms to NSCs / DMS)
- Supports DSWG and EFDC-IT input relating to DMS / lead delivery and opened performance (and attends meeting where appropriate)
- DCJ Reporting o Download of CuPID Extract file data for GTB
- Report development and editing with GTB
- Report interpretation and validation
6 months rolling contract
