What You'll Do
- Lead pre-sales contract feasibility reviews (CFR), ensuring alignment between what's sold and what's delivered
- Build and own the project plan, securing approval before execution begins
- Drive end-to-end project execution across customer network roll-out projects, New Product Introduction (NPI), and customer trials and demos, delivering to agreed targets within scope, budget, and timeline
- Act as the primary customer-facing point of contact, working with VMO2 on a daily basis to maintain alignment, trust, and momentum throughout delivery
- Manage customer and stakeholder relationships, maintaining clear communication and alignment throughout delivery
- Support and lead customer trials and demos, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standard and reflect positively on Ericsson's capabilities
- Drive NPI activities, coordinating cross-functional input to bring new products and solutions into the customer environment effectively
- Identify, track, and manage project dependencies and risks, ensuring their impact on delivery is understood, mitigated, and communicated proactively
- Own and manage change control processes, ensuring any changes to scope, cost, or timeline are properly assessed, agreed, and documented
- Own financial performance, with a focus on protecting Unadjusted Margin targets
- Ensure full compliance with legal, financial, data security, privacy, and Health & Safety (E+OHS) directives
- Maintain data accuracy and produce reliable, conscientious reporting
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Proven experience in project management, ideally within telecoms or a technical delivery environment
- Experience delivering customer network roll-out projects, including new builds and upgrades
- Exposure to NPI processes and the ability to manage the introduction of new products or solutions into a live customer environment
- Experience supporting or leading customer trials and demos, with an understanding of the preparation and coordination required
- Experience in network deployment, including small cells
- Small cells experience - understanding of 4G & 5G small cell programmes
- Strong understanding of financial performance and margin management
- Excellent stakeholder and customer management skills, with confidence in a daily customer-facing capacity
- Experience managing risks, dependencies, and change control within a structured delivery environment
- Comfortable working under pressure and navigating complexity
Preferred:
- Formal project management accreditation (e.g. Prince2, PMP, or equivalent)
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks including data privacy, E+OHS, and financial directives
