Key Responsibilities- Accurately entering and updating member data across our systems.
- Communicating with members via phone and email, you will be their go-to for queries and support.
- Troubleshooting issues and helping members find the right solutions.
- Using CRM systems to manage and track interactions.
- Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks and keeping operations running smoothly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- IT literate, comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- A great eye for detail, you will be handling important info, so accuracy is key.
- A team player who is proactive.
- No experience needed — just a willingness to learn and grow!
