Key Responsibilities

  • Be the go-to expert for customer queries, contracts, and renewals.
  • Manage and support contract administration, ensuring high service levels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Run reports and monitor invoices using our bespoke systems.
  • Maintain and update customer records, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist with digital equipment configuration and dispatch.
Requirements
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
  • Confident phone manner – you love speaking to people and solving problems!
  • Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, CRM databases).
  • Organised, reliable, and a true team player.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
