Essential Duties/Responsibilities:  May include any of the following:

  • Responsible for the creation, maintenance, and quality of Customer Master Data in SAP
  • Provide data analysis to maintain Master Data SAP accuracy relating to Business Partner Master, Sales, Marketing and Hierarchy in SAP
  • Manage the add and change process for Customer Master and related data to ensure it is accurate, complete, and timely.
  • Execute periodic reporting to identify and then resolve data fields out of guidance.
  • Identify areas for data quality improvements through system or process changes.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Commercial Operations, Supply Chain, Pricing and Marketing groups to support initiatives, projects, and programs.
  • Able to manage multiple activities and requests to support business priorities.

Required Minimum Qualifications

Education/Certifications:  HS Diploma required; BS degree preferred/or related experience.

Skills and Experience: 

  • Minimum 4+ years of related Business Partner Master Data management
  • Proficient in MS Office Programs-Excel, Word, & Power Point
  • Proficient SAP experience with the SD Module, Customer Master, Hierarchy and Sales activity
  • Strong communication skills – listening, verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Collaborate and communicate to affected functions when data issues are identified.
  • Salesforce and Qlik experience a plus
