Quadient is a rapid growth company on a mission to empower Sales teams to succeed. We are looking for a Inside Sales Customer Loyalty Executive to join us as we continue to retain, cross-sell and deliver quality products to our existing customers. This role will help drive revenue opportunities but also offer our customers a choice while striving to retain and reinforce our focus on loyalty and recommendation, to support growth of our business. We are looking for a curious, energetic, motivated individual that has a work ethic of the highest order.

Successful candidates must have humility and hunger to learn to be part of Quadient, and the drive to not only meet but exceed targets.

This opportunity will be offered on a full time, permanent basis, hybrid 2 days in our Stratford, London office with 3 days working from home.

Your role in our future

  • Communicate with customers on an inbound and outbound basis

  • Generate value for existing customers

  • Managing customer expectations and overcoming objections

  • Maintain a sales pipeline

  • Increase our presence on Trustpilot

  • Reaching and exceed key performance indicators

  • Manage full sales cycle from start to end

Your profile

  • 2+ year of sales or professional experience

  • A strong interest in satisfying customers’ needs

  • Curiosity and demonstrable evidence of professional and personal development

  • Self-disciplined, organised and ambitious. Able to consistently hit daily and monthly objectives
