Location: 4 days per week at our North Acton office, 1 working from home.

This is a 12 Month Maternity Cover role. Ideally looking for a December start date.

What You Will Do

  • Set up, script and analyse customer surveys across the UK, US and Germany, often working with our brilliant Boden Insiders panel.
  • Coordinate regular product testing with external partners, keeping everything on track and turning the results into clear takeaways for Product and Merchandising.
  • Help bring qualitative research to life by recruiting for and organising focus groups, wardrobe visits and online communities.
  • Moderate customer conversations and conduct interviews, asking the right questions to uncover what really matters to our customers.
  • Manage our customer text groups and keep the conversation flowing, making sure useful feedback reaches the right teams.
  • Edit customer video feedback into short, engaging clips that give the wider business a direct view of the people behind the insight.
  • Pull together survey and focus-group findings into punchy, plain-English summaries that highlight the key themes and the all-important “so what?”.
  • Support Brand, Marketing, UXR and Product with ad-hoc insight requests, including customer data pulls from Ometria or Snowflake.
  • Share findings with stakeholders across Boden, helping teams use customer understanding to shape decisions and improve experiences.
  • Keep the practical side running smoothly, from participant incentives and liaison to travel, venues and other research logistics.

What We Are Looking For

  • Ideally some prior hands-on experience in customer insight, research or marketing analysis.
  • Prior exposure working with customer feedback or data and turning it into clear, useful takeaways.
  • Confidence using Excel and PowerPoint to organise analysis and bring a story to life.
  • A calm approach when juggling deadlines, details and multiple priorities.
  • A collaborative, proactive approach and a genuine desire to learn.
  • A grounding in quantitative research, such as survey set-up, scripting, analysis or reporting.
  • An understanding of qualitative research, such as interviews, focus groups, online communities or participant recruitment.
  • A flair for coordinating practical logistics – from participants and incentives to travel, events or research sessions.
  • Familiarity with survey platforms, SQL, Snowflake, Ometria or simple video-editing tools would be a bonus.

Our Behaviours

  • At Boden, how we work matters just as much as what we deliver.
  • We keep things simple. We say what we mean, keep each other in the loop, and follow through on what we’ve said we’ll do.
  • We care about doing a good job - and we care about each other.
  • We’re always kind, often honest, and we will push for high standards without making it heavy.
  • We know what we’re good at, we lean on each other when needed, and we show up as a team - taking ownership and getting things done together.

What We Offer

  • Generous Boden clothing allowance!
  • 30% discount on all current clothing ranges.
  • 25 days Holiday annually, plus Bank Holidays.
  • Online Portal with an array of discounts on retail & entertainment.
