This role can be based in our Glasgow office as a hybrid working environment or if not in a commutable distance to the office, could be offered as fully remote in the UK only.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead assigned customer engagement campaign workstreams from brief through to deployment, evaluation, and optimisation.
  • Support GIH and IOH campaign roadmaps, priorities, and project plans to help deliver measurable customer and commercial outcomes.
  • Use customer data, segmentation, and insight to shape campaigns that respond to customer needs and support healthier choices.
  • Work with analysts and Data & Analytics teams to size opportunities, measure campaign performance, track KPIs, and support data-driven decisions.
  • Develop customer journeys that consider target audience, timing, channel, format, and expected return on investment.
  • Coordinate input from internal stakeholders, agencies, Compliance, Product, Operations, market teams, and creative partners to deliver high-quality communications.
  • Ensure customer engagement activity follows relevant marketing, brand, compliance, accessibility, approval, and risk management processes.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience working with a transactional customer database.
  • Experience delivering multi-channel customer campaigns from brief to deployment.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and priorities.
  • Experience using data, segmentation, campaign measurement, and performance reporting to support decision-making.
  • Experience working with agencies or external partners.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in customer engagement and in-life targeted marketing.

Technical / Functional Skills

  • Customer journey development and lifecycle marketing.
  • Test-and-learn campaign optimisation.
  • KPI tracking, performance measurement, and campaign evaluation.
  • Customer segmentation and opportunity sizing.
  • CRM platform experience, such as Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Unica IBM, or Pega NBA.
  • Multi-channel campaign delivery across digital and traditional channels, including email, SMS, and online portals.
  • Experience working in an international organisation.
  • Experience supporting cross-sell or up-sell campaign activity.
  • Experience marketing new product features or solutions.

Why Join Us

  • Competitive salary and a multicultural, hybrid working environment.
  • Private Medical Insurance and Employee Wellbeing Benefits.
  • Educational Development Program to support your continued growth.
  • The opportunity to contribute to meaningful customer engagement work across international health markets.
