This is a revenue-generating role. Success is measured by Deal Services revenue growth, pipeline creation, attach rate, and seller engagement within the assigned region. The team operates in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment where initiative, relationship-building, and commercial thinking are critical to success.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the growth and adoption of Deal Services across your assigned region.

  • Build strong relationships with Account Executives and Sales Managers to ensure Deal Services remain top-of-mind throughout the sales cycle.

  • Proactively identify opportunities through account planning, pipeline reviews, territory analysis, and direct seller engagement.

  • Partner with sales teams to develop win strategies and position Deal Services as a differentiator in competitive situations.

  • Conduct customer discovery conversations and challenge client assumptions to uncover additional needs and value opportunities.

  • Build direct relationships with bankers, corporate development teams, private equity professionals, and other deal stakeholders.

  • Drive Deal Services pipeline creation, progression, and revenue attainment against assigned targets.

  • Enable and coach field sellers on Deal Services value propositions, objection handling, and positioning strategies.

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field.

  • 2-5 years of experience in sales, business development or account management, or sales overlay role.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive opportunities through complex sales cycles.

  • Proven track record of building relationships and creating engagement across large sales organizations.

  • Comfortable operating in a quota-carrying or revenue-accountable environment.

  • Highly proactive, persistent, and motivated by commercial outcomes.

  • Experience in financial services, capital markets, SaaS, or B2B technology preferred
