Job descriptionCustomer Education Business Development Manager (Education Services Consultant) Reporting To Director, Global Learning Education Services Job Purpose The Customer Education Business Development Manager (CEBDM) will work with customers, partners and Account Team(s) to develop and deliver comprehensive, customized education solutions that enable successful implementation, adoption, and usage of Hitachi Vantara solutions. This includes understanding the customer’s business objectives and critical business issues and creating comprehensive training readiness solutions to support the customer’s proprietary business processes. Responsibilities As the single point of contact for Hitachi Vantara Education Services in their respective region(s), the CEBDM responsibilities have significant range across the entire customer lifecycle and organizations within Hitachi Vantara.
