Lead architecture for customer data transformation programmes: define current and target state architectures, design customer data foundations (CDP, MDM, single customer view), support CRM integration, drive technology selection and procurement, establish governance, and guide phased implementation with stakeholders across data, product, marketing and engineering.
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise / Domain Architect to provide dedicated architecture leadership across a number of strategic transformation programmes.
The successful candidate will work as key members of programme teams, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to define target architectures, support technology selection, guide implementation approaches, and ensure solutions align with wider enterprise strategy.
This role is initially expected to support programme delivery through key architecture phases, including discovery, design, procurement, selection, and implementation.
This position is hybrid with occasional travel required to programme locations as needed. The role requires a collaborative approach, balancing strategic direction with hands-on architecture delivery.

Key Responsibilities- Own architecture direction across customer data transformation initiatives.
- Define current-state and target-state customer architecture.
- Design approaches for customer data consolidation and improved customer insight.
- Support development of customer data models and ownership principles.
- Work closely with data governance, data engineering, CRM, marketing, product, and technology teams.
- Define architectural options, recommendations, and key decisions.
- Support roadmap development and phased implementation planning.
- Establish architecture governance across the programme and wider customer domain.
