Company Description

Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for Culture Marketing Intern to be based in London, UK. This is a paid internship. The internship runs from the 8th June 2026 to 18th September 2026. You must be available for the whole duration of the program. The role will close on Monday 16th March at 10am.

The Culture Intern will play a key role in supporting Red Bull’s dance and event activations. This role offers hands-on experience in event coordination, talent management, and community engagement, helping to bring Red Bull’s culture initiatives to life. The intern will assist in logistical planning, content support, merchandising and talent relations, ensuring smooth execution across multiple projects. This opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about events, fashion, arts, comedy, music, dance, and youth culture, eager to gain valuable industry experience while contributing fresh ideas to Red Bull’s culture strategy.

Job Description

Event Management

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of dance and event activations
Provide on-site support at events, ensuring smooth operations and assisting with artist and partner coordination.

Talent & Community Engagement

Support communication and relationship-building with dancers, musicians, and talent
Assist in organising workshops, rehearsals, 3rd party events and networking opportunities.

Research & Trend Analysis

Monitor emerging trends in music, dance, and youth culture to help inform future Red Bull activations.
Research key artists, scenes, and movements to support Red Bull’s positioning and partnerships withing the culture space.

Administrative & Team Support

Assist with scheduling, documentation, and reporting on event performance and impact.
Support cross-functional collaboration between marketing, communications, content and event production teams.
Help manage event logistics, including venue setup, guest lists, and production needs.

Qualifications

Passion for Dance (the artform), Music, the arts, and the Culture landscape – Strong understanding of trends, music genres, and the dance community, with a keen interest in supporting creative projects.
Event Coordination Experience – Some experience in assisting with live events, activations, or culture projects, either professionally or through university, volunteering, or personal projects.
Strong Organisational & Communication Skills – Ability to manage multiple tasks, liaise with different stakeholders, and coordinate logistics efficiently.
Proactive & Problem-Solving Mindset – Ability to think on their feet, troubleshoot issues at events, and contribute ideas that enhance Red Bull’s cultural presence.
Networking & Relationship Building – Confidence in engaging with artists, creatives, and industry professionals to help foster strong connections within the culture space.
