The Role
To support the culture and engagement programme across the Corporation and the Market. Specifically, the role is responsible for supporting the delivery of culture change interventions, engagement strategies and Lloyd’s of London Charitable Partnerships and programme delivery. The role enables Lloyd’s to deliver on it’s Culture and Talent aspirations in line with the Global People strategy.
Principal Accountabilities
Subject matter expert on the development of cultural development, colleague engagement strategies, tools and implementation approaches that enable all employees to engage and align to new ways of working that are required to deliver clear cultural and engagement change across the Corporation.
Lead the delivery of the MP&P, Culture Survey and Culture Upskilling programme by defining, implementing and continuously improving the data collection, reporting and insights (quantitative and qualitative) to enable the Oversight function to assess market firms against the Principle 13 Culture and to enable firms to meet their expected culture maturity levels
Support the delivery of specific actions from the review and assessment, identification of strengths and gaps and drivers to co-create the culture both from an external best practice perspective and within Lloyd’s unique context.
Collaborate and support the Lloyd’s Global People Strategy working collaboratively across the Culture, Talent & Communities team to maximise impact and effectiveness.
Lead the delivery of engagement surveys and insights working directly with external providers and senior management to provide insights, benchmarking and tracking action plans
Developing high quality reports and presentation materials relating to colleague engagement/listening and values activity for various stakeholder across the Corporation.
Responsible for the delivery of Lloyd’s of London Foundation Charitable partnerships and fundraising programmes ensuring programmes deliver the required impact and raise funds to meet targets
Provide programme management for Lloyd’s volunteering activities related to our charity partnerships
Manage relationships with key deliver partners ensuring delivery of expected impact and effectiveness
Skills
Interpersonal and influencing skills including the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with executives and senior leadership in the Corporation, Market Forums and Lloyd’s of London Foundation Trustee ensuring the successful delivery of programmes and objectives
Supplier Management – including the ability to manage multiple contracted services providers to time, cost and quality requirements
Relationship Management – including the ability to manage relationships with representatives of numerous delivery partners ensuring delivery of the required impact and effectiveness
Programme Management Skills – including the ability to manage multiple projects, at Corporation & Market level including tracking and reporting on functional action and programme impact and deliverables to a variety of senior stakeholders and governance forums including the Senior Leadership Team, Lloyd’s of London Trustees and Market forums
Analytical skills – including the ability to extract insights from complex data sets to generate Culture & Engagement insights and benchmarking with business relevance.
Communication and drafting skills – including the ability to develop bet practice toolkits from a variety of topic areas for market utilisation
Team management – including the ability to motivate, develop and manage a multi-disciplinary team
